Daniel Curtis Talbott

          FLORENCE – Daniel Curtis Talbott, 80, died May 18, 2024, after an illness.

          Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 5, 2024, in the Chapel at Mount Hope Mausoleum, directed by Waters-Powell Funeral Home.

          Mr. Talbott was born in Norfolk, Virginia, a son of the late Harry Morton and Grace Curtis Talbott.  He graduated from the University of Tennessee and retired from Xerox.  Danny was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Florence.

          Danny is survived by his daughter, Christina Talbott DeWitt, and his son, Joe Talbott, both of Florence; a brother, Robert Talbott (Judith) of Charleston, WV; three grandchildren, Megan Talbott, Brittany Talbott, and Jackson Talbott, all of Florence; a niece, Tammy Lewis-Talbott (John), of Largo, FL; and a nephew, Michael Aaron Talbott (Billie Jo), of Huntington, WV.
