Edward Harley Parker, III

PAMPLICO Edward Harley Parker, III, 31, died Monday, November 16, 2015, at his home in Pamplico.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, November 19, 2015, at Evergreen Baptist Church, directed by Waters-Powell Funeral Home. The family will greet friends in the church fellowship hall following the service.

Edward was born in Florence, a son of Ena Rice of Charlotte, NC, and Edward H. Bo Bo Parker, Jr., of Pamplico. He graduated from South Florence High School and was a farmer. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church.

Survivors, in addition to his parents, include a sister, Landy Parker of Effingham; paternal grandmother, Topsy W. Parker of Effingham; an aunt, Debbie P. Martin of Florence; two uncles, Russell Parker of Effingham, and Coolidge Rice of Myrtle Beach; and a number of other family members and friends.
