Mary Galloway Obituary

FLORENCE- Mary Louise “Patsy” Galloway, 75, died Saturday, April 5, 2014, in a local hospital after an illness.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 8, 2014, in Waters-Powell Funeral Home Chapel (www.waterspowellfh.com) with burial following in Mount Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

She was born in Florence, a daughter of the late Rufus Lester and Mary Louise Taylor Jackson. She was predeceased by an infant son, Terrell Lee Galloway.

Survivors include her husband, Benjamin Clyde Galloway, Sr., of the home; a daughter, Angie Galloway Buie of Florence; two sons, Benny (Janice) Galloway of Florence and Gary (Renee) Galloway of Walhalla, SC; a brother, Jessie “Bo” Jackson of Florence; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
