To know Mimi was to love and be loved by her. Whether she was traveling across the world or giggling over a cup of coffee with a loved one, she took every opportunity to live life and love others to the fullest. She was an integral part of the formation of Quinby United Methodist Church, a current member of Central United Methodist Church, and a beloved fixture at Knight Furniture Showrooms, where she happily worked until the age of 92. In all areas of her life, she showed that she was truly a woman of faith, hope, and love. Mimi will be missed, but her great life lessons and sweet hand kisses will continue to live among her family and friends.
