Ronald Eugene Webster

FLORENCE Ronald Eugene Webster, 65, of Darlington, died Tuesday, January 27, 2015, in a Florence hospital after a brief illness.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 30, 2015, at Waters-Powell Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Florence Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home.

Mr. Webster was born in Latta, SC, a son of the late Acie R. and Mildred Campbell Webster. He graduated from Latta High School and Limestone College, and served in the United States Army. Mr. Webster was retired from ESAB after 31 years of service.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Moore Webster, of Darlington; a daughter, Tammy (Danny) Richardson of Florence; three brothers, Donnie (Linda) Webster of Latta, Timmy (Robin) Webster of Florence, and Danny (Valerie) Webster of Timmonsville; two sisters, Cathy (Carl) Ammons of Hope Mills, NC, and Jane (Mike) Delisa of Latta; a brother-in-law, Sam Moore, of Florence; and two grandchildren, Amber (Will) Stevenson and Justin Richardson, both of Florence.

He was predeceased by a daughter, Crystal Webster, and a brother, Ray Webster.
