Tallulah Dove Haynsworth

FLORENCE Tallulah Dove Haynsworth, 75, died Monday, August 12, 2013, at her home after an illness.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 15, 2013, in Mount Hope Cemetery, directed by Waters-Powell Funeral Home (www.waterspowellfh.com). The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home.

She was born in Florence, SC, a daughter of the late Thomas Baker and Mary Gibson Haynsworth. She was educated in the public schools of Florence and was a nursing assistant, both private duty and in a nursing facility.

Ms. Haynsworth was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Florence.

Survivors include her daughter, Evelyn Marshall of Florence; her son, Newell (Martha) Harley of Rockingham, NC; two granddaughters, Marian Dove (Tad) Cottros of Charlotte, NC, and Mary Baker (Wesley) Miller of Florence; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
